  • You make Upkot a place that is bustling with activity: you organize monthly social activities, together with the Atmosphere Committee of your building.  

  • You are a listening ear and make sure everyone feels at home.

  • You make clear agreements with our students so that everyone feels at home within the community.

  • You ensure that all agreements are clearly communicated.

  • You communicate fluently and personally with our students.

  • You consult with students and listen to their wishes and needs.

  • You organize entries and exits, announced room check-ups and rental moments.

  • You are the contact person for all practical questions.

  • You contact our handyman service in case of defects and follow up on the repairs.

  • Experience as an animator or leader in your youth movement is an asset.

What you can expect from us in return:

  • A full-time, 38-hour job in which you have the freedom to manage your own schedule.

  • Living in the Upkot building is not a must, although a spacious and trendy apartment with nice terrace is available for the new Upkot coach.

  • You will go through an intensive onboarding program with a welcoming coach to guide you.
